SENATE BILL NO. 88 "An Act establishing a pilot program for                    
charter schools; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the                      
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 840.              
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 88(FIN) was                          
adopted and read the second time.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
shown as a cosponsor on the bill.  Without objection, it was so

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
